Unit Data
The Unit Data page allows for managing and viewing all unit details. This page provides functionalities to search, filter, add, edit, and perform various actions on unit data.
Table
The main table provides a detailed overview of all units. It contains the following columns:
- Select Units
- Checkbox to select units for editing.
- Arrow Icon: Allows you to clear all selections or select all units.
- Unit ID
- Gallery
- Building ID
- Unit Type
- Unit Design
- Compound
- Phase
- Status
- Total Price
- Offer Preview
- If the unit doesn't have an offer, the icon will be greyed out.
- If it has an offer, pressing the icon downloads a PDF of the offer associated with the unit.
- Actions
- Delete button to remove the unit.
At the bottom of the table, there is pagination to navigate through the unit entries.
Search and Filters
Above the table, there is a search box and filter options:

Search Box
- Search by Unit ID, Building ID, or CRM ID.

Filters and Sorting
- Filter and sort by Date.
- Filter by Status, Property Type, Locations (Compounds and Phases).
Actions
Above the search and filter options, there are several action buttons:

Add Inventory
- Opens an empty table where you can fill in each column to add new units.

Edit Inventory
- Greyed out if no units are selected.
- Allows you to edit the selected units.

Sync Units
- Ensures all data is synced with external software, such as Salesforce.

- Opens additional options:
- Health Check
- Bulk Upload Images (selected)
- Delete Units (selected)
