EOI Requests

The EOI (Expression of Interest) Requests page allows for managing and viewing all expressions of interest. This page provides functionalities to search, filter, and view detailed information about each EOI request, as well as options to accept, reject, or cancel requests.

Table​

The main table provides a detailed overview of all EOI requests. It contains the following columns:

  1. Serial Number

    • Clicking on the serial number opens a modal with detailed information about the request.

  2. Customer

  3. Customer Phone Number

  4. Salesperson

  5. Sales Phone Number

  6. Unit Type

  7. Compound

  8. Timestamp

  9. Status

  10. Actions

  • This column allows you to accept/reject pending reservations and cancel an approved reservation.

Clicking on a serial number in the table opens a modal with three tabs:

Sales Info​

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Nationality
  • Local Address
  • National ID (front and back, downloadable)

Financials​

  • Payment Method
  • Proof of Payment (downloadable)

Sale Source​

  • Sale Source (Direct or Indirect)
  • Sub Source (e.g. Sales team)
  • Name
  • Phone Number

Search and Filters​

Above the main table, there are options to search and filter the EOI requests:

  • Search by Client Name: Allows you to search for a specific EOI request by client name.

  • Filters:

    • Date: Filter EOI requests by date range (Start to End).
    • HH:mm: Filter by specific time.
    • Select Locations: Filter by location.
    • EOI Status: Filter by EOI status.
    • Property Type: Filter by property type.

Export​

Above the filters, there is an Export button that allows you to download the EOI request data as a CSV file.
