Summary

The Summary page serves as the central hub for managing your company's units inventory across all compounds. This page provides various functionalities to search, filter, and manage units efficiently.

Search and Filter Options

On the Summary page, you can:

  • Search for a unit by Unit ID or Building ID.
  • Filter by:
    • Date
    • Status
    • Property Type
    • Location
  • Sort by Date in ascending or descending order.

The Table

The table provides a comprehensive overview of all unit inventories, allowing for efficient management and quick access to essential information. It contains the following columns:

  1. Actions

    • Edit or Reserve a Unit using the icon with three dots.
      • Edit: Makes the status and unit price changeable.
      • Reserve: Opens a form to input the buyer's data and reserve the unit under their name.
    • You can also add notes about the unit by clicking the icon showing a note with a pencil.
  2. Unit ID

    • Click to sort by ascending or descending order.
  3. Building ID

  4. Unit Type

  5. Unit Design

  6. Compound

  7. Phase

  8. Status

  9. Total Price

    • Click to sort by ascending or descending order.

Buttons

Above the table, there are three main buttons:

  1. Export

    • Exports all the units into a CSV file.
  2. Update Price

    • By Formula: Bulk update prices with two fields:
      • Price Increase By (%): Specify the percentage increase.
      • Round Up By: Specify the rounding value.
    • By Sheet: Upload a sheet to update prices.
  3. Update Status

    • Makes the status column in the table modifiable.
    • Review all the edited rows and choose to save or cancel the changes.

This setup allows users to manage the units effectively, ensuring that all relevant information and actions are easily accessible.
