Payment Plans

The Payment Plans page allows for managing and viewing all payment plans. This page provides functionalities to create, edit, and preview payment plans.

Table

The main table provides a detailed overview of all payment plans. It contains the following columns:

1. Actions
   • Clicking the Edit button opens a modal to edit the data entered in the selected payment plan.
2. Payment Plan
3. Type
4. Min. Down
5. Max Down
6. Number Of Years
7. Preview
   • Downloads a PDF example with an example unit price of EGP 10M to check if the installments data are correct.

Add Payment Plan

Above the table, there is an Add Payment Plan button. Clicking on this button opens a modal with the following fields:

General Fields

1. Payment Plan Name
2. Type
   • Options: Standard, Custom Installments, Discount, Discount Half Down Payment, Discount Down Payment.

Shared Fields

For all types except Custom Installments, the following fields are available:

1. Down Payment Type
   • Options: Percent or Flat Fee.
2. Minimum Down Payment
3. Maximum Down Payment
4. Number Of Years
5. Cash Discount
   • Options: Percent or Flat Fee. Add the value beside it.
6. Discount
   • Options: Percent or Flat Fee. Add the value beside it.
7. Rate of Installments
   • Multi-select options: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual, Yearly.

Contract Payment

For all types except Custom Installments, you can add contract payments:

• Add Contract Payment: Opens a smaller input box with the following fields:
  1. Contract Name
  2. Value Type (Percent or Flat Fee)
  3. Value
  4. Number of Months

Custom Installments Fields

For Custom Installments, the following fields are available instead of the shared fields:

1. Installment Row Type
2. Payment Column Name
3. Payment Column Value Type
4. Payment Column Value
5. Start Installment Number
6. End Installment Number
7. Interval Months

This structure allows users to add custom installments manually.
