The Search Experience
The search page serves as a central hub for navigating the company's projects and finding available units. Here's a breakdown of how it works:
Project Cards
The search page displays company projects as cards. Each card provides an overview of the compound, including the available units, starting prices in EGP, and the total number of units. For example, the "Caesar" project may display "Apartment (8)" and "Villa (2)".
Navigation to Project Details
Clicking on a project card navigates the user to the project highlighted on Google Maps for easy reference.
Units Filter
On the left-hand side of the page, users can find filters to refine their search criteria. These filters include:
- Location: Filter projects by location.
- Price: Set a price range for units.
- Property Type: Select the type of property (e.g., apartment, villa).
- Area: Specify the area size of units.
- Bedrooms: Filter units by the number of bedrooms.
- Amenities: Choose desired amenities for units.
- Floor Number: Filter units by the floor they're located on.
- Delivery Date: Specify a preferred delivery date for units.
- Statuses: Filter units by availability status.
Below the filters, users will find the "Reset All Filters" button, allowing them to clear all their selections with a single click.
Filtered Results
Upon selecting filters, the project cards dynamically update to display only the units that meet the selected criteria. Clicking on a filtered card redirects the user to the project on the maps, highlighting only the available units with the selected filters applied.
