The Compound Page

The Compound Page offers in-depth insights into a particular real estate compound. It presents four distinct approaches for showcasing units to potential buyers. Below is a breakdown of each section:

Map​

Users are directed to the compound location, where available units are highlighted. They can search on the map using a Unit ID. Filtering options include: Phase, Price, Property Type, Bedrooms, Floor, Features, Delivery Date and Statuses, with a reset option. Users can also toggle between displaying Prices and Availability or Unit Numbers on the map. Additionally, settings allow users to toggle visibility of polygons around each unit and toggle labels (Unit ID or Unit Price).

Summary​

Overview​

In this section, you'll find a brief description of the compound.

Brochure​

Accompanying the overview is a brochure gallery featuring a "View All" button for all available brochure PDFs. It also includes a search box for specific unit type brochures, along with options to preview or download them.

Statistics​

Additionally, you'll discover statistics such as project area in acres and number of units.

The section showcases some scrollable images of the compound.

Amenities​

Moreover, an amenities list details features like a clubhouse, hotel, kids' areas, and swimming pools.

Map & Availability​

Links back to the compound Map.

Unit Mix​

The breakdown provides insight into unit types (apartments, villas, etc.), including the number of units, average area, and average price for each type.

Available Homes​

Concluding the summary, a selection of cards displays available units, each featuring a small image along with details such as price, down payment, monthly installment, floor number, and BUA.

Floors​

The user can navigate between floors above the map to check availability by clicking on the desired floor, such as Ground Floor (2) or First Floor (4).

Floor Map​

This section visualizes the layout of each floor, highlighting available units. Clicking on a unit presents a card displaying relevant information such as the price and down payment.

Filter​

On the left-hand side of the page, users can find filters to refine their search criteria. These filters include:

  • Phase: Filter units by phases.
  • Price: Set a price range for units.
  • Property Type: Select the type of property (e.g., apartment, villa).
  • Delivery Date: Specify a preferred delivery date for units.
  • Statuses: Filter units by availability status.

Below the filters, users will find the "Reset All Filters" button, allowing them to clear all their selections with a single click.

Table​

The Units Table is a structured representation of unit information, providing a comprehensive overview of various attributes associated with each unit within a compound. It consists of columns detailing essential details such as Unit ID, Price, Status, Phase, Property Type, Unit Design, BUA (Built-Up Area), Bedrooms, Floor, Amenities, Description, and Building ID. A filter on the left-hand side of the page is also available.
